Litcrawl at 826 Valencia

(General Event)

Oct 18,2014, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM @ 826 Valencia Writing Lab
The 826 Quarterly* (published twice yearly, at least), will be rolling out Issue 20 this summer, and we couldn't be more thrilled to be releasing the anthology during our most favorite literary week of the year (which is LitQuake, just to be clear). Plan a stop by the Pirate Store into your Crawl plans on Saturday night, and support our young writers pouring their hearts out as they share their work. Milk and cookies will be served!

Lit Crawl 2014 (October 18) will spread across more than three hours, hosting live readings of poetry, fiction, non-fiction, and more in bookstores, bars, art galleries, restaurants, stores, cafés, a bowling alley, community spaces… even a police station. Watch as writers take over Clarion Alley (right under the eyes of the Mission Police Station!) for outdoor readings and performances.

ALL Lit Crawl readings are free and open to the public (although some venues are 21 and over). Please consider donating (yes, even $1 helps) to Litquake to help support the festival for years to come. Donation baskets can be found at each venue, as well as at the Lit Crawl HQ table in Clarion Alley on the night of the Crawl.
