Enjoy guided meditation with Liz Andolong, a journaling session led by Karla Brundage, and all-levels Vinyasa yoga with Emily Meersand. Bring a yoga mat, a pen and paper, and your heart. Tickets are available on a sliding scale and proceeds benefit our programming.
