Surviving San Francisco: The Sister-logues

Description A night of comedic performance and storytelling celebrating Black survival in San Francisco WhenFriday, November 1Time7:00 - 8:30 p.m.LocationTenderloin Center - 180 Golden Gate Ave.
On November 1, join “News Hangover’s” Keli Dailey and Tenderloin SRO organizer Karen Taylor for some advice about how to deal with a rapidly-changing San Francisco. In an evening of fact-based and humor-filled storytelling, Taylor and Dailey will unfurl valuable wisdom on how to survive as a Black person, or, indeed, a member of any marginalized or under-resourced community in San Francisco’s writhing techtopia.   Surviving San Francisco: the Sister-logues is part of the Keli Dailey’s Surviving San Francisco series.  It comes to our Tenderloin Center courtesy of Reimagine End of Life, a week-long exploration of death and celebration of life visiting the San Francisco Bay Area October 24 – November 03. Surviving San Francisco: the Sister-logues is free to attend, with a suggested donation of $20. All donations will benefit 826 Valencia and the Central City SRO Collaborative. Buy tickets ahead of time at the event page or just come to our Tenderloin Center on November 1 at 7pm.   Our Tenderloin Center is wheelchair accessible. ASL interpretation is available on request from Reimagine.
